In many ways, Custer Dry Goods is the center of town. It is the place to buy fabric and sewing needles, tools and supplies, tobacco, flour, sugar and penny candy. In fact, there seems to be very little that you can't find in Custer's, including a couple of townsfolk playing a good checker game on the front porch. Besides the vast array of supplies that Custer provides to the town, it is also the source of information and socializing. Yet, for those who cannot make it into town, Custer is more than happy to deliver.
Ever dependable, Custer relies on his vintage 1953 Ford F-100 Pickup. The F-100 Ford trucks are considered by many to be the most beautiful Fords ever. The design was based directly on Ford's automobiles and resulted in a handsome line of trucks. Under the hood, Ford offered ample power for Main Street and country roads. Now, the 1953 Ford F-100 Pickup that Custer used to deliver his dry goods is captured in an intricate die-cast model. Featuring a truck bed filled with shovels, a ladder and bags of cement, your Custer Dry Goods 1953 Ford F-100 Pickup is produced by - and available only from - Matchbox Collectibles
